For detail informations about this career opportunity please read the description below. Summary: Responsible for providing team member relations (TMR) support to managers and team members. Administer employment policies and pra! ctices. Research and/or investigate team member concerns/complaints and make recommendations that effectively promote positive team member relations and company operations. Perform required tasks and initiatives following the guidelines and established procedures while maintaining appropriate documentation and records. Responsible for investigating EEOC charges and preparing company responses to charges of discrimination, harassment and other applicable federal and state charges. Deliver services in a professional and efficient manner, providing prompt assistance while managing expectations to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Recommends effective solutions for addressing workplace issues and disciplinary action in accordance with company policies, procedures and applicable laws.
Approves involuntary terminations and ensures compliance with company policy ! and applicable laws.
Responds to phone inquiries concernin! g team member relations issues.
Coordinates harassment investigations and ensures proper supporting documentation is obtained.
Properly documents phone inquiries and investigations.
Researches and prepares response to agency charges of discrimination.
Interacts with company attorneys through the lawsuit process as needed.
Counsels management with respect to federal, state and local EEO and other employment laws, ensuring consistent interpretation and application of laws, policies and procedures.
Other Job Functions
Researches and compiles information necessary to respond to unemployment claims.
Compiles and tracks unemployment claim results.
Ensures all deadlines to unemployment claims are met.
Responds to requests for additional separation information from the state.
Reviews quarterly statements to determine accuracy and protests charges as needed.
Appeals unemployment decisions as necessary.
Notifies, prepares, and ! coaches company management regarding unemployment hearings.
Researches and responds to wage claims as needed.
Travel if needed for research and investigations.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyzes, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journal! s, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write ! reports, business correspondence including various agencies charges, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
