The General Manager has been at the helm for the past 15 years and prior to joining the Chateau, he spent a decade with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts where he honed his hospitality skills. His industry training has groomed him to expect his team to always be striving for the best. His expectations when it comes to service and quality is to exceed and in order to do so, the Team has to have the same aspirations. Must have experience at properties of similar size and quality. Requirements
Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
Actively participate in industry related organizations.
Maximize yield.
Track record developing long term business relationships.
Maintain consistent verbal and written communication with clients.
Work effectively with departments within the Chateau on the Lake Resort.
Participate in local community to develop business.
Excellent phone sales skills.
