AaA Possess in-depth knowledge of IT security controls within NIST, PCI and ISO AaA Ability to probe as deep as necessary to document policies and procedures around NIST controls AaA Functions in complex environments with minimal direction AaA Solid individual performance while partnering with others AaA Shares knowledge in area of expertise AaA May serve as technical lead in area of expertise AaA May provide technical assistance to resolve operating issues
Essential Functions:
AaA Responsible for oversight of tasks to ensure that the IT department is in compliance with regulatory requirements for NIST 800-53, Sarbanes-Oxley, SAS 70, HITECH and PCI (Payment Card Industry) AaA Leads and facilitates interaction between audit and the IT workforce to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance processes and standards, including timely responses to audit requests, communication of exceptions, requesting changes to key artifacts, monitoring the Application Change Controls process, etc. AaA Assists in providing guidance to IT workforce members on regulatory compliance matters, including design of controls, mitigation of risk, project-related compliance readiness assessments, etc. AaA Takes a lead role in NIST compliance reporting requirements. AaA Performs work with IT control and process owners to monitor compliance, address business or process changes that result in material changes to key control activities, and resolve exceptions identified through the audit process. AaA Responsible for identifying, developing and implementing strategies for improving the NIST regulatory compliance process. AaA May act as a Project Manager for specifics IT Compliance remediation efforts, etc.
Qualifications:
AaA Bachelors degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related degree essential AaA Minimum of three years of experience in IT auditing helpful (Big 4 or other public accounting experience desired) AaA Knowledge of IT control risks, objectives and activities helpful AaA Background in NIST 800-53, Sarbanes-Oxley, SAS 70 or PCI auditing desired AaA Certification in Regulatory Compliance (i.e., CISA, CIA) helpful AaA Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues with innovative solutions AaA Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines AaA Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions AaA Extremely detail oriented AaA Strong customer service focus AaA Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable addressing all levels of management AaA PBM or healthcare experience, including knowledge of PBM products and services helpful but not required AaA Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines and some travel AaA Demonstrated effective analytical skills AaA Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must AaA General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office
