Job Purpose: Works as the liaison between our clients, the consumer and their attorneys regarding billing an! d financial matters. This position handles collection of client's payments in a very customer friendly way.

Responsibilities:
Negotiating settlement opportunities & payment plans for cardholders
Educating cardholders on payment options & arranging client's payment options
Answering consumer & attorney questions
Document actions in computer
Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and goals!
