The Finance team, reporting to the CFO, is a shared service organization that provides accounting, accounts payable, collections, credit, financial analysis and reporting, payroll, ! tax, and treasury support to all channels of the Adknowledge business. Our team is comprised of 18 domestic people and one international person (located in the UK) that are enthusiastic and intelligent professionals who are passionate about the work they do and the people that they work with. POSITION OVERVIEW
The Accounts Receivable Analyst will be focusing the majority of the time on cash application (accounting), credit investigations and reporting with some collection responsibility. Primary duties include:
Accounting: Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries for US and international based subsidiaries using Great Plains software. Resolve client discrepancies, billing issues, short-payments and disputes using reconciliation and accounting concepts as well as remittance follow-up.
Reporting: Prepare A/R balance reports ! and bad debt accruals monthly using Great Plains. What are the! ir objectives/responsibilities that are measurable and the most meaningful to the overall success to your position.
Credit Management: Obtain and interpret credit reports, financial statements and other information related to the extension of credit internationally in accordance with the Adknowledge Credit and Collection Policy.
Collection Management: Prepare and review collection reports using Great Plains and Microsoft Excel to ascertain the status of collections and outstanding balances. Collection of past due advertiser accounts. Generate and distribute aging reports to business leaders while assisting in the collection process. Submit delinquent accounts to attorney or outside collection agency.
Additional duties include:
Participate in annual audit using financial and accounting concepts.
CANDIDATE OVERVIEW

Re! venue recognition accounting and financial analysis experience.
Solid understanding of credit and collection analysis and processes.
Working knowledge of global economic conditions and international credit.
Strong knowledge of financial and accounting concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in Great Plains and Salesforce.com a plus
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
