Job DescriptionJob Title: Commercial Doc Production/Closing ManagerDepartment: Loan OperationsReports To: Executive Vice President â€" L! oan Operations ManagerGENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Supervise La! serPro commercial document preparation; manage the commercial loan closing process; ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage the following functions: Document Preparation: Thoroughly review all information submitted by the Closing Department and other bank personnel on new and renewed loan requests to assure proper documentation is prepared for commercial loans documented using LaserPro. Prepare all documents required to close loans in a timely manner. Documents will include: promissory notes, security agreements, UCCs, mortgage/deeds of trust, guaranty agreements, and other supporting documents. Remain current on changes in regulations and laws that affect loan documentation. Closing â€" Oversee the closing of all commercial loans; work with attorneys, title companies, and other departments within the bank to ensure loans are closed according to loan policy and loan approval.
The position requires a minimum of 7 years experience in document production or commercial ! closing experience. Experience in managing staff and the ability to interact professionally with loan officers and management.
