Part-Time/Flexible-Client Services Representative.

Part-time/Flexible: 15+ hours per week- Tues, Wed & Thurs from 12:30-Close plus vacation & sick coverage.

Successful candidates must:

  • Be passionate about customer service and be team oriented.
  • Have a professional appearance & attitude.
  • Have advanced office machine & computer/technology skills.

Receptionist Duties/Requirements:

  • To be genuinely interested in people and their pets.
  • Be well spoken, have great communication & phone skills.
  • Work with a team approach.
  • Competent computer and all office machines skills.
  • To lead by example, with honesty and maturity.
  • To multitask and handle busy situations and multiple phone lines.
  • Practice patient/client confidentiality policies.
  • Attending all monthly staff meetings.

Animal Care Center Goals:

To have a team of personable, honest, flexible, motivated, dependable and computer savvy customer service representatives.
