Tax Trainee [United Kingdom]


 

We are a Normanton-based firm of chartered accountants looking to recruit a Tax junior/senior to work in our expanding tax department.

Job role:

  • Completion of Self-Assessment tax returns for a wide range of individuals, Partnerships and Trusts
  • Completion of associated tax computations including calculations of capital gains.
  • Preparation of P11D’s
  • Assistance with the preparation of corporate tax computations
  • Ensuring technical competence and accuracy of the department’s work through review
  • Adherence to statutory and other deadlines
  • Meeting billing targets
  • Liaising extensively with clients in relation to day-to-day compliance and planning issues
  • Identification of planning opportunities

Salary:

Depending on level of experience.
