Would you like to take on a role with crucial responsibility in one of the most future-oriented, global companies from Norway? TOMRA is the leading international player within the circular economy in general and in the collection industry in particular, having growth ambitions and an aim to expand into several new international markets. We are looking for a senior leader who carries a multi-functional leadership experience – and knows how to create value from R&D, through commercial product management and integrated with global supply chain management. The right candidate for us understands the multicultural challenges in a global business environment - and is experienced in enabling international teams to collaborate toward common goals.
As the Head of The Solution Hub, you will be overall responsible for providing TOMRA Collection (TC) with attractive products and solutions globally. You will enable TOMRA Collection's continued market leadership in Clean Loop Recycling, via innovation, development, product- and project management, supply chain, production, maintenance, and support. As a member of the TOMRA Collection Executive Team you will contribute positively to the development of our total business, also beyond your own area of responsibility.
Key responsibilities
- Leading a strong and experienced Solution Hub Leadership Team covering a wide range of functions and deliveries
- Creating expansive strategy plans for multifunctional areas and turning them into operations and value for TC
- Create commitment, trust, and good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Build strong relationships and enable close cooperation with all business areas, business units, and global markets
- Develop and implement an innovation management mindset and provide an innovation framework to TC
- Ensure the development and implementation of technical product roadmaps and commercial product management, and provide a program management framework to TC
If you are ready to use your international experience, in-depth knowledge, and leadership skills on this challenge, we will offer you a position with a strong mandate, highly competent people, and ambitious budgets. We prefer candidates with a master's degree in relevant topics. You bring with you more than 10 years of international experience in a technology or product-oriented industry, preferably in a managerial position from several functions and focus on high-performing teams. We do also appreciate your value-based leadership mindset, customer focus, communication skills, and analytical and strategic mind.
