The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience as a paralegal preferably in domestic/family law and general practice litigation.
Must have good computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe and office management software.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting supervising attorneys in drafting pleadings;
Client contact;
File maintenance;
Responding to and issuing discovery requests;
General small office duties and administrative tasks
