Estate Planning Advisor The candidate provides expertise and guidance to Principal teams and clients regarding complex estate and financial planning principa! ls. Reviews estate plan documents; ensures Principals teams and clients understand the documents, provides guidance on suggested updates and process for implementation. Provides education for clients who do not have an estate plan to prepare them for discussion and implementation process with their counsel. Serves as the communications intermediary between the client, client s counsel and company Principal teams to ensure client s documents protect, promote, and defend the client s best interest. Commits to ongoing education to remain an authority in estate planning matters. Establishes and maintains an exemplary reputation in the firm and the community. Complies with firm policies, conduct, and ethics; acts only in client s best interest. Ensures the vision and core values of company are incorporated into the duties and responsibilities of the position.
The candidate should have J.D. degree. Must have 8+ years of estate/trust experience with a law firm, bank or tr! ust company. Ability to independently develop solutions to pro! blems of high complexity is needed. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to exercise judgment consistent with laws and guidelines is required. Should have ability to organize and prioritize workflow to meet strict deadlines. Strong attention to detail while performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed. Must have passion for Family CFO concept and Registered Investment Advisory model.
