Our client is currently seeking a C# SOFTWARE ENGINEERThe Senior Software Consultant (C#) is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing mobile applications written in C! #. These mobile applications also use web services to interface with other Java based applications via SOA. The Senior Software Consultant (C#) also analyzes and reviews software requirements to determine feasibility of a design within time and cost restraints.
Additional Responsibilities: Interpret end-user business requirements to develop and/or modify technical design specifications Code and successfully perform unit and integration testing of software to ensure proper and efficient execution as well as compliance to the business and technical requirements Troubleshoot problems which includes application tuning Participate in the migration of applications to quality assurance and/or the production environment
Qualifications: Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Informatio! n Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field pr! eferred 5+ years of web development experience with C# .NET Strong knowledge and comprehension of C# best practices, frameworks, and libraries Proficient knowledge of object-oriented application design and development principles Proficient knowledge in XML and Web Services Experience in Java is a preferred Experience with using Visual Studio 2008 is preferred Experience in mobile application development is a plus Experience in Java Script is a plus Good communication skills to effectively communicate
