Description
Will support a Title & Closing operation by building out and delivering material to support training efforts on title concepts, policies, closing documentation, etc.
Must have Title & Closing subject matter expertise, experience in developing curriculum, and facilitating instructor led training sessions.
In addition to supporting training efforts, role may support Business Control’s Title Officer with special projects, including documentation and research.
Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a LOB/ECF.
Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans.
Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management.
Acts as an am! bassador of the risk culture. Incumbents typically have over 5! + years of risk management and/or LOB/ECF experience.
This is a trainer/SME (title/closing) position.
Candidates must have experience with titles and closings, along with experience creating and providing the actual training.
All job seekers submitted must meet or exceed the following minimum requirements:
1. Training experience
2. Experience with creating training materials
3. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of Mortgage/Title/Closing experience
4. Legal background required, either attorney or paralegal
This opening is for Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) and OT as needed.
Pay for this position is $30/hr+ as well as overtime as needed. This is a 5 month Contract - to - Hire opportunity!
