Attorney-licensed II 4-9 yrs exp St. Louis County corporation is currently hiring a Staff Attorney with 3+ years of experience in a corporate transactional practice. This position will report directly to ! the company's General Counsel & Corporate Secretary and be responsible for providing legal counsel to the Board of Directors, CEO, COO, CFO and national Branch Operations that encompass 30 offices across the country. Candidates for this position should be a licensed attorney whose experience has been primarily transactional in nature including a diverse mix of corporate matters within areas of labor & employment, real estate, significant contract review, regulatory compliance, etc.
