Duties will include ! handling contract negotiations, assisting with requests for procurement, answering legal questions posed by paralegals and other staff, interpreting regulations, and generally providing oversight to the client's legal department and work sites.
Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience, preferably working in the healthcare regulatory industry or with pharmacies.
Active law license
5+ years of legal experience
Regulatory experience at the federal and state levels
Healthcare regulatory and pharmacy experience a plus!
