The ideal candidate will have transactional healthcare experience in healthcare fraud and abus! e prevention laws such as the federal anti-kickback statute, False Claims Act and Stark law; health information privacy, including HIPAA and the HITECH Act; Medicare and private payer billing and reimbursement, medical staff matters; compliance issues for healthcare providers and hospital/physician alignment issues. This is a partnership-track position and associates will receive immediate hands-on client contact.
