File Clerk
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Description: Manz Swanson & Mulhern, P.C. is currently seeking to employ File Clerk right now, this occupation will be designated in Missouri. For complete informations about this occupation opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Legal file clerk will be responsible for creating and maintaining all files for each litigation attorney. This individual must have experience with word processing software as well as be ! organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently but also work well with others. Must be able to lift boxes 10 - 15 lbs. when closing files to be sent to off-site storage.
Must have knowledge of alpha and numeric filing systems and be able to alphabetize various forms with attention to detail. Knowledge of legal documents is a plus. Must be able to interact with various people within the office with professionalism. Minimum 1 yr. experience in a law firm required.
