The Account Care Supervisor oversees a team of Account Care Reps who are the bridge between our clients and their attorneys ! regarding billing and financial
matters. This department handles collection of client’s payments in a very customer friendly way.

Responsibilities
Ensure the Account Care team is working to achieve and exceed their performance metrics.
Perform regular Account Care audits to ensure the team is maximizing their collections opportunities.
Obtain payments by notifying clients of account status as needed for team coverage.
Answer billing questions from both attorneys and their clients for team coverage as needed.
Work with our internal Client Care Supervisor regarding client concerns with billing
Update client records when needed
Communicate with attorneys on a regular basis regarding the status of client accounts
Update Director of Accounting and Partners regarding clients with large outstanding balances
Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs
Qual! ifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a customer service or in collections
3-5 years of supervisory experience within a customer service or collections environment
Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal & customer service skills
Professional demeanor-positive communication, team skills/cross function cooperation
Excellent computer literacy, including a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
Must have incredible organization skills
Go above and beyond on simple requests to make things easier on others
Prior 1st party collections experience is highly preferred
