Firm is seeking an experienced real estate transactional/ tax attorney to work on a wide range of transactions involving federal and state tax credits, with a focus on federal new markets tax credits, federal low income housing tax cred! its, federal renewable energy tax credits and federal historic rehabilitation tax credits. Ideal candidate has 3-6 years of real estate transactional, finance or general tax experience with knowledge of partnership tax. Experience with tax credit transactions and government incentive programs would be a plus, but not a requirement.
