St. Louis office seeks insurance coverage and bad faith attorney having 4-7 years of solid experience handling insurance coverage, bad faith, and extra-con! tractual insurance matters on behalf of insurance companies. The candidate will handle breach of contract, business torts, and other litigation involving business disputes. Will work on cases defending insurers in a wide range of complex and challenging matters from class actions attacking claims handling or other procedures and claims seeking bad faith.
Will also handle day-to-day responsibilities like drafting coverage opinions, taking and defending depositions, appearing in court on motions and having direct client communications under the guidance and supervision from our experienced shareholders. Must have experience handling business litigation cases from start to finish, including handling all facets of discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration and trial. - This firm has four substantial practice groups: Business, Business Litigation, Product Liability, and Healthcare.
