The Office of the Missouri Attorney General is seeking an Assistant Attorney General for a senior position in the Agriculture and Environment Division in its Jefferson City office. This attorney will ! work with and represent the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and the Missouri Department of Agriculture on a range of issues involving the use and care of Missouri’s air, land, and water. Further, this attorney will litigate environmental matters, under federal and state law, in court and before administrative bodies. Depending on experience, the position may involve assistance in management of the division, including review of pleadings and some responsibility for oversight of the division’s litigation. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in environmental law and litigation.
