Insight Title Company, LLC, is devoted to providing convenient and professional closing services to our community of home buyers, real estate agents, lenders, brokers, investors and attorneys. We are currently seeking a Policy Writer to join our team.
The Policy Writer is responsible for
- Reviewing closing documents to ensure that all requirements for insurance were met and for preparing and issuing official Title Policies.
- Coordinating the delivery / mailing of the final policies and recordings to the appropriate party. *Cross-training to back up the Recorder when needed.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate appropriate initiative when making decisions
- Willingness to learn and apply knowledge in title law
- Excellent time-management, organizational and communication skills
- High school diploma plus 2+ years' general office experience required; associateÂ's degree, policy experience or experience in related field (mortgage, real estate) is a plus.
