Reference Code: 12026471 Location: O'fallon, MO, US Education Level: High School Diploma/GED Description The Selected candidate will be responsible for a certain number of assigned 90+ days past due Ownership accounts. The candidate will contact delinquent customers to effectively attempt to resolve delinquency. The candidate would need to make determinations as to the strength of customers or 3rd party's desire, ability and reason for delinquency to determine the optimal loss mitigation solution such as Modifications, Full Payoff, Short Sale, Forbearances, Deferments, etc. Responsibilities include direct contact with customers, realtors, brokers, and attorneys to resolve assigned accounts. The candidate would need to be able to document accounts with summaries explaining reason for default and resolution possibilities. Responsibilities also include the need to actively research and skip trace on no-contact accounts. The Selected Candidate will be making and taking calls from customers, attorneys and real estate agents. **NOTE** The information listed within this Description summary is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work. Qualifications This position requires great attention to detail as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. HS Diploma or Equivalent required. Experience in collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, and/or bankruptcy preferred. A Strong sales background as a plus. Applicant should have a desire to accept increased responsibilities and have a working knowledge of Citilink, CACS / Custom, MS Word, Outlook, and Excel Spreadsheets. Candidate should be familiar with skip tracing procedures on systems such as Filenet and web-based service Lexis Nexis. Reps are eligible for monthly incentive compensation. High School Diploma/GED Schedule as follows: Monday 11:00 am.- 8:00 pm Tuesday 11:00 am - 8:00 pm Wednesday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Thursday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm And Monday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Tuesday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Wednesday 11:00 am - 8:00 pm Thursday 11:00 am.- 8:00 pm Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm 2 Saturdays monthly - 8:00 to 12:00 This position requires the employee to register as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry ("Registry") and obtain a unique identifier from the Registry before engaging in mortgage loan originator activities, to maintain and renew that registration on an annual basis, to update registration information with the Registry on a timely basis, and to provide that unique identifier to consumers as required by applicable SAFE Act regulations and Citi policies and procedures
