This position will oversee and manage short-term and long-term employee-related plans and activities including hiring and on-boarding new employees, creating and implementing leadership development plans, supporting and leading employee well-being initiatives, act as the local lead for AT&T Believe activities and social activities, and manage leadership visits.
General office/personnel management:
- Hiring
- Work with the hiring manager to best understand the needs of the manager/project, and create a job description and employment terms
- Constantly work to seek new sources for high quality candidates
- Organize and filter resumes
- Interview the candidate and discuss with the professional teams
- Follow up with each candidate (acceptance or rejection) while complying with the local law
- Management Development
- Assist the organization in conducting renewal and growth activities, adjusting to the company’s environment, and improving individual and team performance
- Associate with external consultants
- Work with managers and team leaders to Identify organization needs
- Act as a consultant to the hiring managers and team leaders on all HR issues and private matters, be there for them for every deliberation and help them make the right choices
- Give team development guidance (objectives, responsibilities, coordination)
- Provide work management guidance (knowledge base, communication and feedback, information flow, and more)
- Performance Management
- Keeping an effective appraisal program that provides both the employee and the employer with feedback for improving performance and employee development, as well as the basis for placement and promotion decision.
- Define managerial needs from the employees
- Provide clear instructions for the process to managers
- Meet with managers after all appraisals are completed to discuss any raised issues
- Discuss and provide professional opinion with the CEO regarding any future actions (promotions, training for improving performance, terminations)
Workforce planing: map out future hiring plans and timing, accounting for local legal requirements and daily practices
Focal point for all Labor laws queries and labor law companies

- Act as a PR lead for talent attraction in Israel - in order to be an attractive and prominent company, we must establish our brand awareness among our employees and potential candidates, and the high-tech ecosystem in general, as a household name that is synonym to a successful company. To accomplish that, we must push and promote our company’s brand, which requires media and events presence and the ability to seize opportunities to push our brand whenever it can prove beneficial to us

Experience and knowledge working with the Israel country laws, regulations and customs.- 10 or more years of related experience.
- University degree or equivalent.
