Tasks a Video Editor may need to perform include:
- Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to a computer
- Following a script, screenplay or outline
- Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs
- Inputting graphics to enhance footage
- Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file
- Improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty footage
- Working closely with videographer to present a final product that matches his or her vision
*Summary OF ROLE: * We are in search of an experienced Video Editor to join the video production team at Crocent Web Services Private Limited. You will be required to assemble and edit recorded footage and convert them into finished products that match the Executive Producer’s vision in a creative way. You will play an important role in the success of the production team as our videos are the best way of communicating the organisation’s message on online platforms across all business units.
*Responsibilities*: * Prepare rough and final cuts for the videos * Input effects, graphics, dialogues, and music into the videos to make them more visually appealing * Insert music and necessary sound effects to the video clips * Discover and implement new techniques and methods to maximize the company’s efficiency * Manage to work both on-site as well as off-site locations * Collaborate with stakeholders from production to post-production process * Monitor all technical aspects of recording and editing * Work effectively with the team members.
*WORK Environment* This position will function in an office environment only.
It can be a day shift or night shift according to the business requirement.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
