1.Over 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
2.Bachelor’s degree is required. MBA is a plus.
3.Proven track record and expertise in marketing strategy, campaign planning and execution, covering both above and below the-line.
4.Extensive experience of planning social media campaigns. Digital savvy is a must.
5.Well experience in mass & retail channel event planning and implementation.
6.Strong analytical skills and ability to turn consumer insights into meaningful actions in market.

Job Description
1.Drive marketing strategy and develop integrated co-marketing campaigns, product partnerships and corporate promotions to increase market exposure and customer acquisition.
2.Manage, plan, and execute marketing campaigns, such as product launches, new acquisition, community, promotion, event, PR, KOL, brand collaboration etc.
A.Overall digital marketing strategy development and roll out plan execution, e.g., website, social media (FB、Google、IG、LINE), EDM, SEO, SEM, etc.
B.Offline marketing campaign management, e.g., trade event, exhibition, expo, joint activity etc.
C.Marketing Collateral Preparation, such as Display rack, Posters, Banners, Flyers, Videos, etc.
3.Marketing budget planning, responsible for ROAS and various indicators management.
4.Community development and management, e.g., Acquisition, Retention, Recommendation and Advocate.
5.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, brand awareness, and performance to identify market potential, and initiate count
