Key Responsibilities:
- Support the clients/families we serve
- Consult with families about CES/SLS Medicaid waivers
- Provide email support for client/family inquiries
- Answer phone calls from clients/families and provide assistance
- Complete ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of work experience
- Experience with CES/SLS Medicaid waivers
