Junior Associate Attorney
Location: St. Louis, Missouri
Description: Brown & Crouppen, PC is at the momment seeking for Junior Associate Attorney right now, this job will be delegated in Missouri. More details about this job opportunity kindly read the description below. Immediate opening for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience handling personal injury cases (litigation experience strongly preferred). Must be licensed in Missouri and Illinois. This position is to support senior personal injury plaintiff attorneys w ith a heavy docket of MVA and premises cases in Missouri and Illinois.

Attending court appearances

Drafting petitions, discovery, motions and memorandums
*
Legal research and writing
*
Supporting senior attorneys with a combination of pre-litigation/litigation cases with a focus on motor vehicle accidents and premises liability
*
Preparing witnesses and parties for depositions
*
Taking and defending depositions
*
Assist in trials as necessary
*
Other duties as assigned
