Growing and profitable Property and Casualty Insurance company is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Attorney for their Missouri office. Candidates will be responsible for regulatory compliance and legal guidance for the company's commercial lines products.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal and compliance support for lines of business
Provide product development direction regarding
Interface with the various departments of insurance on regulatory matters
Evaluate and select vendor contracts
Assist with corporate governance issues
Assist ! Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management functions
Responsible for regulatory compliance procedures and policy form changes
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in regulatory compliance matters in a P&C Insurance carrier
Bachelors Degree is required.JD Degree is preferred
Strong team work skills and ability to work with all other departments including claims, underwriting, actuarial, loss control and accounting/finance
Knowledge of coverage matters involving P&C Insurance products
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
