Trust Administrator The candidate will administer portfolio of trust, investment management, IRA and other related accounts in conformity with law, regulation and policy. Will establish and maintain effective client communication and relationship management. Maintain client contact and communication to insure client needs are met and exceeded. Meet compliance, account administration and customer service requirements of accounts in light of law, regulation, polic! ies and governing agreement. Supervise client associate in ass! igning work and training in methods and procedures. Assist in development of new business and additional business from existing clients. Develop cross-sell opportunities from trust client base for other areas of the Bank and subsidiaries of the Bank. Develop and maintain knowledge and communication of investment guidelines and practices. Maintain up to date knowledge of financial, estate and income tax planning concepts. Attend work regularly and consistently to ensure appropriate staffing needs are met in the department and the organization, and needs are met in a timely fashion. Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by supervisor or other member of management.
The candidate should preferably have an undergraduate degree. Law degree, MBA or other graduate degree preferred. Should preferably have 2 years of experience in working with financial and estate planning concepts with 1 year of experience in a client service position.
