Description: GCC Consulting is at present recruited Insurance,Litigation/Attorney/In House/Saint Louis, Missouri right now, this job will be placed in Missouri. Insurance Defense Attorney The candidate will handle and manage litigation files from inception through trial. Will prepare motions and memorandums of law. Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responses. Draft reports and provide file analysis.
Should have Missouri Bar and Illinois Bar membership in good standing. Must have 1 - 3 years of personal injury litigation experience. Jury verdicts are required. Strong communication and MS Office Skills are needed.
Experience handling motor vehicle, PIP and subrogation! cases is a plus.
