Will prepare motions and memorandums of law. Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responses. Draft reports and provide file analysis.
Should have Missouri Bar and Illinois Bar membership in good standing. Must have 1 - 3 years of personal injury litigation experience. Jury verdicts are required. Strong communication and MS Office Skills are needed.
Experience handling motor vehicle, PIP and subrogation cas! es is a plus.
