More details about this job opportunity please read the description below. Yoh has an opportunity for a Director of Business Development â€" Field Operations to join our office in St. Louis, MO. The Director of Business Develop! ment - Field Operations is a "working" Business Development leader responsible for the oversight of sales processes, strategies and metrics for the Yoh Field Operations Sales Team. This position will work with sales teams to identify and deliver new opportunities and clients; develop account strategies to deliver annual sales results that exceed company goals and secure long term growth opportunities that align with our company strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic leader for Field Operations sales efforts; oversee sales strategy, metrics and processes to exceed established short term and long term sales goals by increasing business in existing customers and winning new business.
  • Strategize with Field Operations Leadership to ensure Sales teams are meeting and exceeding sales expectations.
  • Review activity reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Adopt and ensure adherence to processes, metrics, and standards.
  • Supports the development of account plans that focus sales a! ctivities, ensure accurate forecasts, and integrate sales strategies.
  • Oversee and monitor a large team of sales professionals across the country to ensure strategic planning, implementation of best practices and business fundamentals are incorporated into daily management processes for the field operations sales team.
  • Coach, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure company growth goals and relationship management objectives are met for new and existing accounts.
  • Support and drive the full implementation and optimization of sales technology AP CRM and SharePoint. Closely monitor contacts, activities and opportunities with the nuclear group to ensure a robust pipeline is available to meet GPP and SGP goals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Demonstrated background and success within the staffing Industry; extensive experience in a Sales or Business Development role; expertise in direct field operations is preferred; mus! t possess excellent contract negotiations skills.
  • Understands how the business works including drivers of cost and revenue; able to understand and work with key financial measurements to analyze the business; able to develop actions to correct financial performance; knows the marketplace and understands how business strategies and tactics impact marketplace perception.
  • Good judge of talent; hires the best people available from inside or outside; is not afraid of selecting strong people; can accurately assess strengths and weaknesses; provides accurate and timely feedback; actively engages is coaching and developing others; provides opportunities for people to develop.
  • Develops and sustains effective long-term business relationships with people, especially at senior levels (internally and externally) to create value and influence customer buying patterns and increase sales revenue growth and market share.
  • Clearly and consistently gets info! rmation across in a timely and effective manner both verbally and in wr! iting; demonstrates the ability to influence people and get them to take appropriate action; has effective presentation skills.
Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience building sales strategies within multiple lines of business i.e. IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Science etc.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the staffing industry, preferably in a sales capacity.
