Kansas City office seeks trust and estates attorney having 8+ years of experience handling sophisticated estate and gift tax planning and probate ma! tters. The candidate will be responsible for: preparing estate planning documents for clients and counseling regarding estate planning, preparing probate documents and representing clients in probate court, collecting and distributing estate assets, coordinating asset transfers, and communicating with clients. Should preferably have license in both Missouri and Kansas and have working knowledge of Trust and Estates laws in both states. Must be able to prepare and file federal and state estate and gift tax returns and charitable and foundation income tax returns.
