Federal/Large Corporation Tax Manager The candidate will be overseeing of complex tax research projects for clients in diverse industries. Wil! l serve in the participation in engagements requiring tax analysis for a variety of entities and their affiliates. Research and analysis of a wide-range of tax issues related to business transactions and tax implications of financing techniques and tax planning responsibilities for the corporate and individual clients. Supervise assignments by the professional accountants serving as Consultants and Senior Consultants.
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field. Also a CPA, Enrolled Agent or other appropriate certification required. An Advanced Degree preferred: MST, MAcc, J.D. or LL.M. Should have 4+ years of public accounting experience or equivalent in law firms or industry. Prior Big 4 experience a plus. Excellent research and writing skills needed. Proven, excellent interaction skills with management/executive presence essential.
