Our client, a prestigious corporation, is seeking a corporate attorney with at least three years of experience reviewing and negotiating technology and vendor contracts. In this p! osition you will be reporting directly to the GC of the company. Any experience with logistics/transportation agreements is very helpful. This position will also include lease review and some general corporate transaction work. This is a great opportunity to do substantive work in house.
Required Experience
Active Bar admission in any jurisdiction
3+ years of experience reviewing contracts
Must live in or be able to commute to Kansas City
Project Details
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday through Friday -- 40 hours per week
Duration: Long term -- at least 3 months
Pay Rate: Competitive -- Depends on experience
