Required Qualifications:
3 years recent experience handling complex indemnity claims
Must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Adhere to assigned authority limits for reserving and payments (including settlements)
Must possess working knowledge of state regulations and procedures concerning workers' compensation
Evaluate loss, assess reserve and settlements value where applicable and settle cases with claimants, insureds, and attorneys autonomously Preferred Qualifications:
College Degree or equivalent experience
Adjuster's License
