Western Construction Group, Inc., national concrete/masonry specialty contractor has a position opening for a Staff Attorney. This position will assist General Co! unsel in all legal matters related to the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- JD from an accredited law school.
- License to practice in Missouri or eligibility to become licensed
- Law practice experience of three to five years in transactional work including, but not limited to, contract drafting and review including insurance, various business entity work including acquisitions, labor and employment, real estate, IP/trademark is a plus.
- Litigation experience; managing outside counsel, mediation, muti-party litigation is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to travel based upon workload.
- Construction industry experience is a plus.
