Work charged off accounts to resolution, by arranging payment in full, settlement and recommendation for assignment to outside attorneys and ! collection agencies. Must be proficient at skip tracing, asset searches, negotiation and persistent in follow-up.
Education:
High school diploma, college degree preferred.
Experience:
Two years of collection experience; negotiation skills and experience working charged off accounts to resolution preferred; excellent oral and written skills. Knowledge of RMS recovery system, TSYS, SHAW, Branch Connections, The Work Number, Metronet, Accurrint, Experian, Trans Union, E-Oscar, Mircrosoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
