Great opportunity! 30 hours per week! Possible temporary to hire.
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree or an A! ssociate of Arts degree and completion of an educational program for Paralegals, a minimum of five years of probate and tax, trusts and estates experience, with corporate and/or real estate experience a plus. This position requires strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to prioritize workflow and manage projects; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong writing skills; ability to work well under pressure, multi-task efficiently and be independent thinker; and ability to perform effectively with little or no supervision and within established time limits and ongoing deadlines.
Responsibilities include providing assistance to attorneys in researching law, investigating facts, preparing documents, and servicing clients; preparation of all types of estate planning documents, filing deadline administration, meeting billable hour requirements; and ot! her duties as assigned.
