SPEC., LITIGATION
Location: St. Louis, Missouri

Strong litigation experience working in a major law firm or corporate legal department required
Experience in legal research including the use of Lexis, W! estlaw and/or internet services
Excellent Microsoft Office software skills required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Superior attention to detail
Primary Responsibilities
Legal support to litigation, employment and labor attorneys
Assist in document productions, discovery and interrogatories in connection with litigated claims
Prepare liability release/waiver forms
Track and handle consumer complaints with the Customer Relationship Group (CRG)
Assist with CSRM litigation (insured matters) including personal injury, premises liability and breach of contract
Preparation of Legal Hold Orders
