Multi-million dollar successful national construction company centrally located in St. Louis County is currently hiring a permanent, part-time In-House C! ounsel to work with their General Counsel in a variety of large-scale contract-heavy matters. Some of these projects include review, negotiation, management, maintenance and overall coordination of complex commercial construction contracts. The candidate will work directly with project managers to ensure that everyone's goals are met in a timely and efficient manner. Additional responsibly may include working within other general company operations of this well-established, successful company. Candidates for this position must be a licensed attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in either a construction organizations or a firm or company that provided a significant exposure to complex construction contracts. The ability to multi-task and complete projects in a timely manner are extremely important.
