The office will handle worker's compensation litigation covering the St. Louis and surrounding c! ounties W.C. Boards.
Key responsibilities for this position include assisting attorneys during all phases of the litigation of WC files from referral to resolution, including but not limited to, all phases and aspects of investigation, pleadings, discovery, evaluation, hearings, motions/petitions, trial and reconsiderations.
Position Requirements
3-5 years WC litigation experience
Paralegal Certificate Preferred
Must be familiar with the WCAB rules and procedures
Excellent computer skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
