Contract Specialist Duties: Attend meetings with appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and coordinate the Chan! ge Management Board (CMB) issues that are assigned. Provide contractual guidance in a timely manner. Prepare official correspondence to the Government customer relating to contract administration issues. Perform daily tasking from the Director of Contracts associated with day to day contract administration for the TPharm contract. Brief the Director of Contracts on CMB findings and recommendations. Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with all ESI employees.
Requirements: A Bachelor ?s degree in Business or Law Degree. Should have relevant experience in writing, contractual analysis, critical thinking and multi-tasking with many conflicting priorities. 5+ years ? experience in Federal Government Contracting desired. Must have the ability to successfully manage a large, diverse, and complicated workload involving contractual matters. Must be able to prioritize work and stay on top of action items while remaining organized. Should have strong! interpersonal skills and able to work well with others. Stron! g written and verbal communication skills are critical.
