This job will have the following responsibilities:
A growing food/beverage company located in the MIDWEST is currently searching fo! r shift manager. The individual hired must have a four year degree(with advanced degree preferred) and be open to shift all shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for a given off shift as the #1 person on the shift with leads and hourly employees reporting directly to you. To be considered, you must have at least 5+ years in production along with 3+ years in a supervisory or manager level role.
