Senior Tax Associate - International Tax The candidate should have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Ac! counting. Certified Public Accountant (or commitment to pass CPA exam before being promoted to Manager and thereafter obtain CPA licensure), Enrolled Agent or Membership of the Bar required. Must have 3+ years of experience. Should have considerable knowledge of corporate tax including tax research, compliance and consulting within an international taxation environment.
Working knowledge of assisting companies to understand and assess the tax impact of company business, operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions required. Proficient technical skills in structural realignment, cash and financial statement effective tax rate analysis and improvement of tax efficiencies of cross-border flows preferred.
