Their prime focus is on leading and participation in focused efforts aimed at breakthrough and incremental improvements in process department and/or line-specific opportunit! ies that meet and exceed plant operational performance metrics! .The Plant BB will report to the Plant Continuous Improvement Manager and will primarily focus on process variation reduction and delivering incremental productivity to the business and the plant. Qualifications- Requirements include: BS/MS Degree in Industrial Engineering Engineering Food Sciences Chemistry Business Statistics or related field.
Six Sigma /Lean Certification required/Minimum of 2 years of Lean manufacturing business process improvements experience is required/Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience/Ability to work aggressively and effectively with a wide array of plant personnel ranging from hourly employees to floor.Demonstrated leadership experience.Influencing / coaching people at all levels.
