Position: Supervisor Laboratory Patient! Technical Services Specialist Phlebotomists
Location: Kansas City MO
Schedule: 8:00AM -5:30PM M-F

Supervises the activities of 20-25 Patient Service Technicians and the operations of Patient Service Centers according to established policies and procedures
Administrative: Ability to relate professionally with people, analytical abilities, compose letters/memorandum, coordinate events, motivate others, organizational skills, research information, time management, train employees, written and verbal communications, supervisory skills. Machine: Calculator, personal computer
Speech clarity, utilization of fingers and hands, standing-remaining on one’s feet in an upright position, sitting-remaining in the normal seated position, handling-seizing, holding, grasping. Working Conditions: Possible exposure to infection from disease-bearing specimens; regularly exposed to the risk of blood-borne diseases; must compl! y with applicable safety procedures.
Far acuity-ability to! see clearly at 20 feet or more; near acuity-ability to see clearly at 20 inches or less; depth perception-ability to judge distance and space relationships; color vision-ability to distinguish and identify different colors.
A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred w/1-3 years of experience in related field. Normally requires a Valid Driver’s License along with a clean driving record
