Detailed specification about this vacancy opportunity please read the description below. Leading clinical diagnostics client seeks a Phlebotomy Laboratory Supervisor for a permanent opportunity.
Hours: 8:00AM -5:30PM M-F
Successful ca! ndidate supervises the activities of 20-25 Phlebotomists and the operations of Patient Service Centers according to established policies and procedures.
Skill Requirements
- Ability to relate professionally with people, analytical abilities, compose letters/memorandum, coordinate events, motivate others, organizational skills, research information, time management, train employees, written and verbal communications, supervisory skills. Proficient MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred w/1-3 years of experience as a Phlebotomy Laboratory Supervisor. Experienced supervising 25+ Phlebotomist’s and a Valid Driver's License along with a clean driving record.
