More details about this vacancy opportunity kindly read the description below. St. Louis office seeks attorney having 4-6 years of solid experience in labor and employment counseling and litigation. The candidate will join the employment team within ! the firm's business and business litigation practice areas. Will work with the supervising attorneys in providing counseling on labor and employment issues to employers including a full spectrum of proactive labor and employment legal services such as counseling on statutory and regulatory compliance, advising human resource professionals on personnel decisions, assisting clients in drafting and implementing employment policies and employee handbooks, and drafting and litigating restrictive covenants.
From the litigation side, will work with employers in complex state and federal administrative proceedings and litigation. Handle the day-to-day responsibilities such as: meeting with clients and drafting employment agreements, taking and defending depositions, appearing in court on motions and having direct client communications under the guidance and supervision from experienced shareholders. - This firm has four substantial practice groups: Business, Business Litig! ation, Product Liability, and Healthcare.
